The Boat

When folks step aboard for their charter with me, one of the first things they notice—right after the rods and the morning breeze—is the boat. And I’m proud of that. I run a custom 23-foot Atlas built by the team at Atlas Boatworks, and in my opinion, it’s the perfect ride for exploring and fishing the inshore waters around Fort Myers. I didn’t pick this boat by accident—I picked it because it does everything I need it to do, and it does it with style, performance, and comfort.

This area—Fort Myers, Sanibel, Captiva, Pine Island, and Cape Coral—is full of winding back bays, shallow mangrove creeks, sandy flats, and deeper channels that all hold fish. But they also demand a boat that can get skinny when needed, handle chop when it kicks up, and stay stable when guests are moving around the deck. The 23? Atlas checks all those boxes and then some.
